What’s more important than the health and safety of your child? Nothing! That’s why Fancy Faces by Kathy uses only FDA approved products. Professional, hypoallergenic face paints, FDA approved temporary tattoo inks. We even use cosmetic grade glitter which is safe for use on the face and near the eyes. All of our brushes and sponge applicators are cleaned sanitized on a regular basis. Fancy Faces by Kathy is a legitimate business registered with the State of New York. And, we are fully insured.

Our policy with regards to avoiding the spread of disease is as follows…We reserve the right to refuse to face paint anyone who appears to be sick. If a child has a runny nose and or fever, we will not face paint that child. We may suggest painting on an arm or hand instead of the face and/or give the child a temporary peel ‘n stick tattoo.
